SRI Group announces that on 18th March 2021 the group decided to increase SRI Group NPV Europe srl share capital by € 330.000, to reach a fully paid-up share capital of € 440.000. Moreover, the same day, SRI Group increased SRI Group Italia srl share capital by € 1.390.000, to reach a fully paid-up share capital of €1.400.000. The capital strenghtening of the subsiadiaries aims at supporting the external growth of the group (SRI Group Italia srl), the opening of new international offices (SRI Group – NPV Europe srl), and the development of major projects of the group in the fintech industry.
