E-WAY FINANCE protagonist of the energy transition with photovoltaic, agrophotovoltaic and wind power plants
Bank-owned company E-Way Finance Spa designs and builds photovoltaic and wind power plants. The results achieved are the result of the synergy between the two shareholders Fucino Green, controlled by Banca del Fucino, and Alma Energia Srl, represented by CEO and DG Domenico Cerruti.
E-Way achieved its goals thanks to the shared path, in which the foresight of Francesco Maiolini, CEO of Banca del Fucino, played a key role.
Its portfolio includes projects with a capacity of 3.2 GW, of which more than 1.2 GW in wind power. The goal is to become an Independent Power Producer with an operating capacity of at least 200MW in the next three years and thus contribute to Italy’s ecological transition goals. E-Way is working to increase its organisational and technical structure by the end of the year. Significantly, Ernesto Chiorazzi joined Banca del Fucino and the E-Way Board of Directors. The 60 in-house resources work at the historic headquarters of the Cerruti family in Albanella (SA), which over the years has seen the birth of various wind and photovoltaic projects still in operation in various regions of Italy.
