With a team led by Managing Director Massimo Domini, SRI Group acted as buy-side advisor to Boato International in the acquisition of a 70% stake in CMM Srl, an Italian company based in Gemona del Friuli (UD), active in mechanical constructions and specialised in precision metalworking for various industrial sectors.
In 2023, CMM Srl achieved a turnover of approximately €6 million, employing 27 people. Thanks to this transaction, Boato International will strengthen its business by vertically integrating and internalising part of its supply processes, leveraging CMM Srl‘s technical know-how in the mechanical construction sector.
