The Anglo-Italian group led by Giulio Gallazzi, which has been further strengthened by the solid partnership established with Finvacchi, the holding company of the financier Bernardo Vacchi, has invested in the capital of the Roman bank and will reach a 9.90% stake at the end of the capital increase, becoming one of the main shareholders of the Banking Group chaired by Mauro Masi. In 2020, Banca del Fucino began a capital strengthening process to support a strong growth plan. The Bank’s CEO, Francesco Maiolini, will shortly be presenting the 2021 financial statements draft to the Board of Directors, which will show positive results in terms of both growth and higher profitability, with significant increase in both direct deposits (+36%) and loans (+38%), confirming the Bank’s strong vocation for SMEs and its connection to local territory.
